How the Navance website handles information.

This policy explains the information processed when you visit the website, schedule a call, or contact Navance through it.

Who we are

Navance LLC

In this policy, “Navance,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Navance LLC.

Privacy questions or requests may be submitted through the contact form.

Please do not send sensitive information

Do not use the public form to send passwords, authentication credentials, private keys, financial-account information, health information, government identification numbers, confidential client records, regulated data, private contracts, or other sensitive records.

Navance collects only the information reasonably needed to respond, schedule, document, invoice, and deliver requested services.

How it is used

Navance uses inquiry information to review and respond to your message, communicate about the services or subject you asked about, evaluate fit, and define possible next steps.

The website does not use contact-form submissions to enroll visitors in a newsletter or advertising audience.

Service providers

Scheduling, forms, invoicing, and client files.

These providers process information for the specific business purpose described.

Scheduling

If you book a call, Google Calendar Appointment Scheduling through Google Workspace collects your name, email, and selected time.

Payments and invoicing

Payments and invoicing are processed by Intuit QuickBooks; Navance does not store card details.

Public inquiries, agreements, and forms

The public inquiry form is embedded from Cognito Forms. Cognito Forms processes and stores the form entry for Navance, and the current workflow sends a notification email to info@navance.ai. Navance may also use Cognito Forms for agreements or intake forms, including electronic signatures.

Client portal

Client files and deliverables are stored in Tresorit, an end-to-end encrypted service; portal access requires a client account.

Delivery and storage

How inquiries reach Navance.

The WordPress Contact page embeds the Navance Contact form from Cognito Forms. Submitted information is stored as a Cognito Forms entry for Navance. The current workflow marks the entry as submitted and sends a notification email to info@navance.ai.

Copies may remain in Cognito Forms, Navance email systems, routine provider backups, or security logs. Cognito Forms states that customer data is hosted in Microsoft Azure datacenters in the United States and that deleted data may remain in secure backups for up to 30 days.

Navance retains inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate or perform requested services, maintain ordinary business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or security obligations.

Website operations

Hosting, security, and technical information.

Technical information is processed to deliver the website, maintain reliability, and protect it from abuse.

WP Engine

WP Engine hosts the website and may process server requests, access logs, backup data, and related technical information needed to operate the service.

Cloudflare

Cloudflare helps deliver and protect the website and may process information such as IP addresses, routing data, system configuration information, and website traffic needed for those services.

Essential security processing.

Cloudflare may set its __cf_bm cookie for bot detection and website security. Cloudflare states that this cookie expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity and is generated separately for each website.

The website does not currently use analytics, advertising pixels, CRM integration, or newsletter signup. The Cognito form’s optional Analytics & Tracking and JSON webhook settings are not enabled. Cognito Forms states that it does not use Cognito cookies or Cognito Google Analytics on public or embedded forms unless the form owner enables optional tracking.

If those tools or the site’s information-handling practices change, this policy will be updated.

Security and choices

Your information and requests.

The website uses HTTPS and relies on hosting, delivery, and security providers to help operate and protect it. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights concerning personal information about you, such as requesting access, correction, deletion, or information about how it is used. Rights and exceptions vary by jurisdiction.

To make a request, use the contact form. Navance may need to verify that the request concerns you before acting on it.

The website may link to websites operated by others. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this policy.

Navance may update this policy when the website, providers, or information-handling practices change. The last-updated date above shows when it was most recently revised.
